  • We are happy to provide easy returns or exchange on all our products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Contact us at info@karrahjewellery.com and we will provide you with our address and return instructions.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging without any sign of wear and in saleable condition.
  • Customers are liable to pay for the return; we recommend using tracked postage.
  • The refund will be issued within 10 working days.
  • Shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We won’t take responsibility for product lost or damaged during return shipment. The refund will be processed once the product is received and confirmed.
  • Products on sale, customise items and earring can't be returned.

  • To exchange a product, customers are liable to pay for the return postage. Re-shipping cost for the exchanged product will be calculated as per standard shipping policy.

  • Yes you can cancel your order without any charges before it’s shipped. That’s generally within 24hrs of order placed.
  • Please drop us an email at info@karrahjewellery.com with your order details and we will cancel it for you. You will receive full amount within 10 working days.
  • We offer free internationally shipping on orders over £100.
  • Standard shipping time is 5-10 working days.
  • Shipping charges for orders below £100 is – £9.99.
  • We aren’t responsible for any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping internationally.
  • We accept payment through PayPal gateway either with your Paypal account or all major debit & credit cards; MasterCard, Masetro, Visa, American Express.

  • All our orders are shipped using tracked and signed services. Once your items are shipped, we will send you an email with your shipping details and tracking number.
